Natural Colours

Natural colors are plant-based pigments used to enhance the appearance of foods, cosmetics, and other products. Curcumin, derived from turmeric, provides a vibrant yellow color and has antioxidant properties. Beetroot imparts a rich red or pink hue and supports cardiovascular health. Anthocyanins, found in berries and red cabbage, offer red, purple, and blue shades while providing antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits. Chlorophyll, extracted from green plants, adds green color and supports detoxification. Annatto, from the achiote tree, produces a yellow to orange color and is commonly used in cheese and butter.
